Roedd Tania ar gamau cynnar archwilio nodweddion ceisiadau am wedd\u00efau a oedd yn cael eu gadael mewn cyd-destunau cysylltiedig \u00e2'r eglwys, tra roedd Randolph yn archwilio hynodrwydd yr eglwys gadeiriol fel \u201clle agored\u201d ac arwyddoc\u00e2d hyn i weinidogaeth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rai blynyddoedd yn ddiweddarach, yn 2014, daeth y Prosiect Gweddi a Mannau Cysegredig i fodolaeth yn ffurfiol mewn partneriaeth \u00e2 Chanolfan y Santes Fair. Yn bur briodol, y gweithgaredd cyntaf a gomisiynwyd i\u2019r Prosiect oedd datblygu cynnig ar gyfer \u2018canolbwynt cysegredig\u2019 yng Nghapel Mair Eglwys Gadeiriol Bangor (comisiwn a roddwyd gan gyn Ddeon yr Eglwys Gadeiriol, y Tra Pharchedig Ddr Sue Jones, sydd bellach yn Ddeon Eglwys Gadeiriol Lerpwl). Er na chymerwyd yr adroddiad terfynol a\u2019r cynnig ar gyfer y comisiwn hwn ymlaen ar y pryd oherwydd newid yn arweinyddiaeth yr Eglwys Gadeiriol ym Mangor, mae\u2019r ddogfen a ddeilliodd o hynny, The Report: Developing a shrinal-focus in the Lady Chapel of Bangor Cathedral (2015, a ddiwygiwyd yn 2016) yn arloesol i siapio a datblygu'n ehangach y Prosiect Gweddi a Mannau Cysegredig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ymchwil i ymarfer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gan fod trochi ac ymgysylltu'n uniongyrchol \u00e2 man yn elfennau arwyddocaol a gaiff eu hystyried yn y Prosiect Gweddi a Mannau Cysegredig, mae perthynas agos rhwng ymchwil ac ymarfer.
